  • our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. if this isn’t the case, you may exchange your purchase within 7 days. refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered for valid reasons on a case-by-case basis. all approved refunds will be issued as store credits only. no monetary refunds. simply leave your contact details on our contact us page and we’ll reach out asap. please note that custom pup tees are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. ready-made pup tees with designs are exchangeable, but must be returned in original condition, unwashed, and fur-free.
  • for apparel / iron-on products: cold wash, gentle cycle, and hang to dry for best results. ironing instructions: turn the shirt inside out to protect the printed design from direct heat — use low to medium heat. do not iron directly on the design as heat may burn or damage the print.
  • since our patches are a semi-permanent addition to your gear, they may occasionally lift after a few cycles in the wash. don't worry—it's an easy fix! quick fix: simply place a thin cloth over the patch and press down with an iron to re-set the adhesive. need professional help?: if the patch won't stay put, bring it to any of our pop-up events, and we’ll be happy to fix it for you on the spot!
  • we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible within 3-4 working days.
