terms & conditions

by placing an order with the wearabouts club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. we recommend you read through this page before purchasing. if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@thewearaboutsclub.com.

1. orders & payment

all orders must be paid in full at checkout. we accept secure payments via Shopify's default payment methods.

once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to sizing, design selection, or shipping details, so please check everything carefully before confirming your purchase. alternatively, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

2. shipping

we currently ship within Singapore only. orders are processed within 3 working days. once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

shipping durations vary depending on your location. estimated delivery: 2–5 working days.

the wearabouts club is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

3. exchanges only (no refunds)

we do not offer refunds. however, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • item must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

  • customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.

to request an exchange, please email us at hello@thewearaboutsclub.com with your order number and reason for exchange. we’ll guide you through the next steps.

we reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our return criteria.

4. product info

each item is printed or produced in small batches. please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to lighting and monitor settings.

sizing is listed in detail on our product pages — if in doubt, refer to the size guide or message us before ordering.

5. order issues or defects

we do our best to make sure every piece reaches you in great condition. if you receive the wrong item or notice a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number.

6. the wearabouts club reserves the right

we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. we also reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
